The business was built by someone who has walked the path from electrical trades through maintenance, reliability, engineering leadership, control system asset management and cross department collaboration, all within a large multinational business environment.
We have seen firsthand what works, what presents as a business risk in operations, and what is often missing when it comes to digital transformation, OT lifecycle planning, leadership development and getting people aligned across functions.
Flowstate exists to close those gaps. The gaps between shop floor and strategy, between systems and people, between departments, and between intention and execution.

I founded Flowstate Australia to help asset-intensive industries bridge the gap between operational technology (OT) and information technology (IT), with a focus on reliability, governance, and practical solutions that actually work in the field.
With more than 20 years’ experience across mining, fertiliser manufacturing, and heavy industry, I started my career as an industrial electrician before moving into engineering management and OT leadership roles. Along the way, I led large-scale projects, implemented reliability programs, and built teams that delivered safer, more efficient, and more sustainable operations.
Flowstate brings together that hands-on grounding with a strategic view of where technology and operations need to align. Whether it is improving engineering governance, optimising critical assets, or integrating digital systems, my goal is to give organisations the clarity, systems, and leadership they need to perform at their best.
I am also passionate about building and launching digital products that solve real problems. From project management automation platforms to AI-driven compliance tools, my focus is on practical innovation that delivers measurable results for clients and industries.
